# 忘記帳號、密碼

第一步：在 OurScool 登入頁面中，點擊「忘記密碼」

第二步：輸入數位學習系統帳號 Email（如忘記帳號，請[聯繫客服](https://shorturl.at/cJLSV)），點擊下一步

第三步：系統會發送「重設密碼信件通知」至 Email 信箱，並輸入收到的認證碼（如沒有收到，請檢查你的垃圾郵件中。）

第四步：設定新密碼，並點擊「確認變更」

第五步：看到顯示 「成功變更密碼」就代表密碼重設成功！
