# 開始上課

課前準備

1. OurScool 數位學習系統使用 ZOOM 軟體上課，提醒學員上課前，根據您使用的上課設備，安裝以下適合的軟體版本。ZOOM 安裝教學、裝置系統要求 🔗[上課軟體 ZOOM 教學](/courses/zoom-instructions.md)
2. 為進行課程人數統計與控管，上課前老師會先進行點名。

第一步：點選上方主選單「課程總覽」，進入「[我的課表](https://ourscool.com.tw/course-arrangement?category=2)」頁面

第二步：課程開始前 10 分鐘，點選「進入教室」

第三步：事先安裝好的 ZOOM 會自行啟動，輸入下方「課程密碼」後，就準備好開始上課了！&#x20;

**注意事項**

* **上課時間：**&#x8ACB;在預定的上課時間前數分鐘登入，以確保您準時參與課程，如學員因個人因素或突發狀況無法上課，請於「[我的課表](https://ourscool.com.tw/course-arrangement?category=2)」取消課程。
* **退出會議室：**&#x540C;學若不小心退出了會議，重新點擊「進入教室」按鈕再輸入密碼進入會議室即可。如果意外地遇上老師退出會議，請靜待幾分鐘，老師會即時返回課堂。
* **網路連接和設備：**&#x78BA;保您的網路連接穩定並且設備（例如電腦、平板電腦、麥克風和攝影機）正常運作。如有需要，請提前測試設備以避免技術問題。

若您無法正常登入，請嘗試以下幾種方法：

4. 確認您的硬體設備及瀏覽器支援 ZOOM。
