# 如何取消課程

有兩種方式可以取消預約課程。一是從「課程預約」，二是從「我的課表」進行取消。

#### ➊ 從「[課程預約](https://ourscool.com.tw/course-arrangement?category=0\&show=card#weekly)」取消課程

第一步：點選上方主選單「課程總覽」，進入「[課程預約](https://ourscool.com.tw/course-arrangement?category=0\&show=card#weekly)」頁面

第二步：找到欲取消的課程，點選「取消排課」。

#### ➋ 從「[我的課表](https://ourscool.com.tw/course-arrangement?category=2)」取消課程

第一步：點選上方主選單「課程安排」，進入「我的課表」頁面，可查看已預約的課程

第二步：選擇欲取消的課程，點選「取消排課」

完成後，系統會跳出「成功取消排課」的提示視窗

**取消課程 注意事項**

未於規定時間內取消課程，系統將視為正常上課，並扣除相對應堂數。

* 週課：最晚請於開課 10 分鐘前取消。
* 家教課：最晚請於開課 24 小時前取消。
* 一對一：最晚請於開課 24 小時前取消。
* 精選小班：開課 7 天前取消 → 可全額退還費用；開課 7 天內取消 → 可半額退還費用。
