## 一、**C 幣退費政策須知**

為保障學生與公司雙方權益，好說教育科技有限公司制定並執行相關課程退費政策。目前奧斯酷數位學習系統全數內容皆統一適用此政策，若有退費需求者，請詳讀以下資訊，確實依規定完成退費程序，本公司客服團隊將儘速於工作日完成退費事宜。

## **二、C 幣退費說明**

1. 七日內（含六日）未使用 C 幣兌換平台服務，且未使用 Ai 輔助教學服務 <mark style="color:blue;">**⭢ 可 100% 全額退款**</mark>
2. 逾七日（含六日）期間，或已使用部分 C 幣 <mark style="color:blue;">**⭢ 將無法進行退費**</mark>
3. C 幣無使用期限。若因個人因素，對於剩餘之 C 幣欲申請清空帳戶，且退回整戶金額，將在扣除 30%手續費後，依 1:0.7 比例換算、退還新台幣金額。

2. 跨行手續費由買家負擔（本公司使用合作金庫進行退款）。
